You've built a career, earned your place and become the person everyone knows they can rely on. You've pushed through challenges, taken on more responsibility and kept proving what you're capable of.
And from the outside, it probably looks like you've got it all figured out.
But something has shifted.
You're questioning whether the success you've worked so hard for is actually the success you want.
Perhaps you're frustrated that your capability isn't being fully recognised or utilised. Perhaps you've become so good at meeting everyone else's expectations that you've lost sight of your own. Or perhaps you've simply reached a point where working harder, doing more and pushing through no longer feels like the answer.
You don't need another reminder of what you're capable of. You need to understand what's been holding you back, what you actually want now and what you're going to do differently.
Because the next chapter of your career shouldn't just be about achieving more.
It should be about achieving what matters to you.
FROM QUESTIONING TO TAKING CONTROL

Through a workshop experience and personal reflection playbook, you'll explore what's been holding you back, get clearer on what you want now and identify three moves that put you back in the driving seat.

What do you actually want?
Look beyond what you've achieved and what others expect to reconnect with what matters to you at this stage of your career.
Identify what you want more and less of.
What will you do differently?
Turn your reflections into three intentional moves, rather than another list of things you think you should be doing.
Leave with three actions you've chosen for yourself.

I've been there too!
I spent over 20 years of my career working in the corporate world, across recruitment, talent and inclusion. I was ambitious, driven, successful and someone people turned to for advice, guidance and answers. I loved what I did, I was proud of what I'd achieved and, if I'm being completely truthful, my career had become such a huge part of who I was that I wasn't entirely sure where the job ended and I began.
Until I reached a point where I started asking myself a question I hadn't really allowed myself to consider before.
Was this actually what I wanted anymore?
And let me tell you, when you've spent years building a career, establishing yourself and becoming known for what you do, that's a pretty confronting question.
But once I started recognising it in myself, I couldn't help but see it in the women I was working with too. Women who were incredibly capable, ambitious and successful, yet beginning to question the very things they'd spent their careers working towards.
Suddenly, everything we'd been conditioned to want, achieve and aspire to was up for discussion.
And I know just how destabilising that can feel.
I know what it's like to have that nagging feeling that something needs to change, while doing everything you can to ignore it because, quite frankly, you haven't got a clue what that change is supposed to look like.
I know how uncomfortable it is not having the answers, particularly when you've spent your career being the person everyone expects to have them.
But here's what I also know.
Having helped thousands of women from across the world navigate their careers, I've seen what happens when women stop measuring their success against everything they've been taught to want and start getting really clear on what matters to them.
They don't lose their ambition. They start directing it towards something that actually means something to them.
And that's why I created this experience. Not to tell you what your next chapter should look like, but to give you the space to question, explore and start making intentional decisions about what you want it to be.
Because you don't have to choose between being successful and feeling fulfilled. You get to decide what both look like for you.
Don't just take our word for it…

Feeling supported through uncertainty
You were a set of human armbands at a time where I really wasn’t sure if my jump into the abyss had a ladder out included in the deal.
The habits I started to form, while being tested to their limits now, are there nudging me to ‘remember to remember’ them and I’m very grateful.

A different perspective
Sally's ability to take a complex topic and get straight to the heart of it and provide ways to reframe it and have a more positive experience. It honestly felt like magic.

The realisation
One of the biggest realisations for me was that I didn't necessarily need to change who I was or what I was capable of. I needed to question whether the environment I was in was actually right for me.
I don't have all the answers yet, but I'm starting to see things differently and recognise that I have choices. I'm still scared, but I'm not petrified anymore.
